Welcome to the best scout fundraiser ever!

The 2018 Popcorn Sale has officially started online. Scouts (Or Parents of Scouts under 13) can Register at Link Make sure you select Southern Sierra Council, (Your District) , (Your Unit), for the commission to be distributed properly. Email your link out to family and friends anywhere in the United States. Popcorn will be shipped directly to their address.

If you missed the kickoff, all the important sale information can be found below.

The first show and sell popcorn order is due online August 1!

Why Popcorn?

Since 1980, Trail's End has specialized in providing healthy, wholesome, and quality products that are exclusive to Scouting.  The support they provide to ensure your unit sale is successful is unparalleled by any other and is why the Southern Sierra Council uses Trail's End as our preferred product fundraiser.

With over 73% of sales going back to Scouting, there is no other fundraiser that compares.  Up to 40% goes straight to units in the form of unit commission, prizes for your Scouts, and sales materials.  The remaining 30% goes to support the Council's efforts to provide resources, recruitment materials, leader training and camp properties.  The Southern Sierra Council takes great pride in knowing that we provide one of the highest returns back to units in a popcorn sale.

Show and Sell Return Deadline  – Partial and full cases of non-chocolate items accepted. (No returns will be accepted after this date.)

Monday, October 29

Deadline to submit your unit’s popcorn order

Monday, November 5

Deadline to submit prize order using the Trail’s End online system. (Prize request will not be accepted after this date.)

 Friday, November 16MVPS Reports, Scholarship forms, and top seller reports due to the Council office.                                                                              

Saturday, Novmber 17

Pick up Popcorn from 9am until 10am. (note Desert District units will pick up popcorn at a pre-determined site in their area)

Friday, November 30

All unit popcorn accounts need to be settled by this date so your unit will receive full commission. (Late payments will lose 1% in commission for every month late.)
