FRIENDS OF SCOUTING CAMPAIGN

Pledges alone do not provide the services our boys need for a successful program, and we need our donors to honor their pledges now. If you have not paid on your pledge, please do so soon.
Please phone (661) 325-9036 for more information.

HELP YOURSELF TO A REWARDING ROUNDTABLE EXPERIENCE
If you attend, you'll take back some great ideas that will enrich your job as a den leader, cubmaster, webelos leader, committee chair, or whatever position you hold. Our boys are depending on You to give them the very best program possible. Scout leaders can always expect to learn lots of outdoor skills and troop management ideas that will make your job as Scoutmaster, Assistant Scoutmaster, or Advisor a lot easier. By attending Roundtable, you'll stand "tall" in the eyes of your troop. Come join us at 6:30 pm on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at the Bishop Scout Building on W. Line.

District Commissioner

Joe Crimi

COMMISSIONERS NEEDED TO SERVE YOUTH!
Did you know our district has 9 Packs, Troops, Posts and Crews? To better serve the growing needs of these units, to keep them on the right path, to help them solve their problems, and to be a friend are just some of the mission statements of the commissioner staff. We are actively recruiting men and women to serve as unit commissioners. Perhaps you are one of them! If you have some Scouting experience, are a good listener, a problem solver, or just possess a friendly personality, Joe Crimi would like to talk with you!  Our goal is to have one commissioner for each 3 units.

What is the time commitment? We ask only that you attend a monthly one-hour meeting, and visit 3 units each month. Do you need to be an EXPERT? No, not at all! We simply ask that you do your best. We will provide with the necessary training to be successful. If you are interested, please contact District Executive, John Wagner at (661) 325-9036.
