    September 2017: Pack 807

For those of you not in attendance at October's Roundtable, the Council accepts United States flags from the community to be retired.  There are currently roughly 2000+ flags stockpiled at the Council Office that must be dealt with, and the number continues to grow.  We need an on-going plan to deal with an on-going issue.

Please consider signing up to be in charge of flag disposal for a month.  If your unit doesn't feel like you can handle the challenge alone, team up with a neighboring unit.  We'd like to see a station at all Council events dedicated to flag retiring.  If you are interested in helping with such a station at Pack-a-Mania, please call Debbie Spohn at 661-477-4846.
