This course is required for NYLT, Wood Badge Staff & Commissioner College staff positions. Everyone is invited to attend and perfect their presentation skills. Boy Scouts in attendance may also use course to complete the Public Speaking merit badge.

Preregistration required to insure participants have an opportunity to prepare their "pre-class assignments". This course is for all Council and District Trainers, Commissioners, Roundtable Staff, and mandatory for Wood Badge Staff & NYLT Staff. Trainer’s EDGE helps develop the skills of a trainer... Scouts completing the course will earn the Public Speaking Merit Badge.
